You can add any listed product (event, hotel, or activity) to your favorites with a single click – and during future searches, you can filter results to view only your favorites marked with a heart icon. You can also create your own ideas, which stay saved in your personal account.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter and receive recommendations from EVENTURIA®?

To receive personalized updates and recommendations from EVENTURIA®, you need to enable the dedicated option in your account.

Follow these steps:

  1. Create an EVENTURIA® account (if you haven’t already)
  2. Go to the My Data section
  3. Scroll down to the checkbox “Receive email campaigns”
  4. Tick the box to activate recommendations

If this option is not selected, you won’t receive any suggestions, offers or curated inspiration.

You can unsubscribe at any time by unticking the same box in your account.

How can I unsubscribe from EVENTURIA® communications?

Go to your account and open the My Data section.

Scroll down to the option “Receive email campaigns”.

If the box is checked, uncheck it to stop receiving recommendations, offers, and newsletters from EVENTURIA®.

The change takes effect immediately.

Can I change my communication preferences?

On EVENTURIA®, you can only choose whether or not to receive recommendations and newsletters.

Go to your account, open the My Data section, and check or uncheck the option "Receive email campaigns".

Booking details and travel documents are always sent by email.

For important or urgent matters, we will contact you by phone if you provided your number when creating your account.

This section answers the most common questions about booking, including how to create your own city break, how the All-in Select™ packages work, and what to do if you already have tickets or want to travel with a group.

How can I make a booking?

On EVENTURIA®, there are two easy ways to book:

Use the smart search engine to choose what you need:

– accommodation with or without transport

– only activities, with or without event tickets

– then add extra services along the way: transport, transfers, local experiences

Pick a ready-made package from our All-in Select™ collection, which includes flight, hotel, and event ticket. These are complete packages, but you can personalize them as you wish.

If you want to build your own city break, use the "Customize your city break" option. You choose what to include – hotel, flight, activities and/or tickets – for a booking that fits your style.

After selecting your services, simply click "Book now" and follow the next steps in the platform.

You’ll fill in the required details in the mandatory fields and proceed to pay the amount displayed.

The booking process is intuitive, fast, and secure.

Can I customize a package?

Yes, you can choose everything you want: travel dates, departure city, accommodation, meals, activities, and event tickets – directly from here.

Even our ready-to-book packages can be customized and saved, so you can easily find them later in your account.

What is All-in Select™?

All-in Select™ is our special collection of complete packages, ready to book. They include flights, accommodation, meals, and tickets to events or activities, depending on the destination. You can book them instantly or customize them as you wish. Everything in one place – simple and efficient.

Can I book only accommodation or only tickets?

Yes, you can book just the accommodation, just the event tickets, or only the activities you’re interested in.

The platform gives you complete flexibility: choose what you need, when you need it. You can start with one service and add the rest later.

What if I already have tickets or accommodation?

No problem! If you already have your event tickets or accommodation booked, you can simply add the services you’re missing: transport, activities, meals, or extra nights.

Everything is designed to complete your trip, not replace it. You choose what’s missing from your experience.

Can I book for a group or a company?

You can add up to 8 people (maximum 4 rooms) in a single search. For larger groups, we still recommend making separate searches and bookings, or contacting us directly.

Group bookings for companies, team buildings or extended groups are handled through our Eventuria® PRO program, dedicated to corporate and B2B clients.

You can purchase tickets on their own or as part of a full package – either way, you’ll know exactly what you're getting. Below, you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about event tickets, all in one place.

Are the tickets official?

Yes, all tickets available on EVENTURIA® are official, issued by authorized partners and verified providers.

We work only with secure and trusted sources, so you can enjoy full authenticity and a worry-free experience – no matter which event you choose.

How do I receive the tickets (physical / electronic)?

Most tickets are delivered electronically, straight to your email, as an e-ticket or QR code, depending on the event organizer.

You’ll receive all the details about the format and delivery time before completing your booking. Tickets can be printed or scanned directly from your phone on the day of the event.

Can I choose my seats in the venue/stadium?

In most cases, you can select the zone or section you prefer (e.g. stands, circles, sectors), but not the exact seats. Seat allocation is handled by the event organizer and depends on availability.

If you purchase multiple tickets together, they are usually placed side by side, but this cannot be guaranteed. You will only see ticket options available at that moment for the selected zone.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled due to reasons beyond your control (e.g. organizer’s decision, weather conditions, force majeure), you will receive a refund for the ticket, based on the face value printed on it.

The rest of your travel package (accommodation, transport, etc.) remains valid and can still be used as planned. If you choose to cancel the full package, standard cancellation policies and penalties will apply.

To stay protected in such cases, we recommend taking out a travel insurance that covers event cancellations.

What happens if the event is rescheduled?

If the event is rescheduled by the organizer, your travel package can be adjusted according to the new date and conditions set by the organizer.

We will contact you with updated details and do our best to adapt the booked services (accommodation, transport, etc.) to the new schedule. If you can’t attend on the new date, please contact us as soon as possible so we can explore the available options, depending on the organizer’s terms.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, you can either send us an email at [email protected] or fill out the support form available at the top of our website (top right, above the main menu).

Please include your full name, booking code, and the reason for your request. Each case is reviewed individually based on the event organizer’s terms and the policies of our partners. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps.

What does “quality accommodation” mean?

We don’t pick randomly – we evaluate hotel reputations, international ratings, and most importantly, feedback from our own travelers. Whether it’s a boutique hotel or a refined resort, our mission stays the same: for you to feel great, with no compromises.

Is transport included? Can I add flights?

Depending on the package, transport may already be included – such as flights, private transfers, trains or other local options. If it’s not included by default, you can easily add flights, transfers or other transport options during your booking.

Our platform offers full flexibility: choose what you need based on your destination, budget and preferences. Whether you want a low-cost flight, a train ticket or a private transfer, you can add it with just one click.

How do I receive my travel documents?

All travel documents – flight tickets, accommodation vouchers, and other services – are sent electronically to the email address used to create your account.

Some documents are issued by providers or event organizers according to their own policies, which means delivery may take place closer to the travel date. We guarantee that you’ll receive everything you need on time, and if you have any questions, we’re here to help.

You can also access important information at any time from your client account.

Can I choose any destination?

Yes. With EVENTURIA®, you can depart from any city and travel anywhere in the world – whether it’s for a concert, match, festival or cultural experience. There are no borders: if the event exists, we can build your package.

All payments on EVENTURIA® are processed through Stripe, one of the world’s most secure online payment platforms. We accept transactions in RON (Romanian leu), EUR, USD, GBP, and CHF, making your experience smooth and flexible wherever you are.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments on EVENTURIA® are processed through Stripe, a secure international payment system. We accept any legally issued bank card, including Visa and Mastercard. Transactions are made in the currency selected at the top of the website.

Depending on the package, you can choose full payment, deposit payment, or installments. For installment payments, we are an official partner of UniCredit, and the option will appear during the booking process if available.

Currency conversion is based on the exchange rate set by your card-issuing bank on the day of the transaction. The final amount charged may vary slightly depending on the rate and your bank’s fees.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, regardless of the package you choose, you can opt for installment payment through our partnership with UniCredit Bank. This option is available for all products and can be selected during the booking process if preferred.

When do I need to pay in full?

Depending on the policy of each provider or event organizer, some products may require full payment upfront, while others allow you to pay in two installments – a deposit at the time of booking and the rest on a clearly communicated due date.

In any case, you also have the option to choose installment payments through our partnership with UniCredit Bank, available for all products. You can always pay in full from the start, even for products that allow a deposit.
